Bharia Phase 8

I am an expert. I would like to buy one Kanal plot in Bahria Phase 8 ready for possession. My budget is 55 lac. Experts please comment on which sector of BT Phase 8 is better and where possession is available and is it the ideal time to buy or wait for few months?

Bro@this figure you wont be able to get any ready for possession plot in 55 lakh,.either increase your budget or buy a 10marla in E F1 OR D Blocks,

or else invest in L or I block 10 marla which will be offered for possession soon

I dont have much clue bro if above blocks do offer a kanal plot.please wait for some experts to enlighten you with that,their are some odd plots for one kanal in different blocks,but i doubt at this point if you ll get them where possession is already given,minimum you must be looking for 8 .5 to 9 million plus non possession in f3 f4 are around 65

10 Marla possession plots cost 50 to 65 lakh in Phase 8. I think sector P ,Bahria Hamlet is having 1 kanal plots but not sure if it i developed but range is from 80 Lakh as per my knowledge .

I agree with Apple. A possession, good plot in Bahria Phase 8 will be 80+. For a non corner 50x90 possession plot in Sector E - my uncle was offered 90 last month.

DHA 2 block M, N will be better. The plot of 6 million worth are about 3 km from Islamabad Highway. Where as Ph 8 is costly and more than 10 km from GT road. More safe than Bahria. DHA Leads to Islamabad where as Bahria to Rawalpindi. Feel the difference. I have a plot in N Block if you r interested i can give you. My demand is 60 lakh. Mail me. Hraza4u@yahoo.com

Well Phase 8 is very good option, developed blocks are the oldest blocks, A B C —p.

Saadi bhai in my opinion 6 million is a reasonable demand for DHA 2 Sector N if plot is a good location in Sector N i.e. On Second Avenue or in a 60 feet street or a corner. On second avenue these days it is hard to find a 50x90.

If you have to commute from Islamabad daily, the DHA 2 is a better location and Sectors K,L,M,N are at a bargain price. If you have to commute to Saddar Pindi on a daily basis - then Bahria VIII is fine too.

Mr. Saadi, my demand is quite reasonable for 1 kanal plot in DHA 2, N block.However some discount may be given if someone is serious. DHA will cross bahria rates, this year when DHA Head office will shift here and DHA deliver 100 % with possession as construction of houses there has been started with full swing.No other option is better beyond CDA or DHA. Both are organizations , other all have either one man show or a group of few persons. Decision is yours.

Dear Waqar at 2nd avenue prices of plots are 70 lakh to 80 lak , of such plots which you are describing

Hamid Sb - a couple of months back (September 2013) I liked a plot in Street #5 - It was #26 or #27 and offered 64. This guy was stuck on 67 and did not budge to reduce. I had no choice but to get one on second avenue. This experience justifies your demand - but I dont know what the current situation is.
