Expert’s please shed some light about the developer of SQUAR ONE hotel appartment project?
@zulfiqar! I dont know about developer. But zameen marketed it with full zest and have been told that many apartments are sold. Work on site is underway. Location is good as its center of many nearby localities like MM alam road , DHA, model town etc.
It seems to be aatractive as 3 years installment plan for payment and then it will be used as hotel cum apartment and managment will pay monthly rent to owners.
