Aoa, i am a govt servant and want to invest in a residential plot on installaments. I have done some reasearch but still confused which project is better as an investment and safety / security of investment. Need advice from respected members. The projects that are in my consideration include 1. Cbr recidensia 2. Blue world city 3. Capital smart city.
Out of those 3 go for CBR 2. Try CBR Prime block, instead of Residencia.
