I am in search of a housing society which has boundary and good security like Askari but with plots size of 2 or 3 Kanal in or near Rawalpindi. Can anyone please help with suggestions ??

DHA-5. Under development
DHA-3. Under development.
Naval Anchorage Developed
Fizaia Tarnol. Developed n now in big limelight due to the CEPEC.
Bahria phase 1- 6 but not phase 7n 8.
CDA’s Park Enclave. Under development
Aleem Khan society . Under development
Bahria Enclave phase 1 had wall.
May be Gulberg Residentia also in future …you need to confirm.
Thank Abdul Qayuum sb! But I some how feel that these big societies are too big and security is still an issue in these areas. I am looking for a small 300 to 400 or 500 houses society in or around Rwp which has a boundary wall, commercial buildup inside the society and has 2 or 3 Kanal plots/houses. Askari 11 is really good… fulfills all my requirements except that it has small plots and houses.
Any society that you know which fulfills my requirement?

Here you can have all what life offers, not very large community & nice schools & amenities.
But here you have houses.
They now have JV with DHA but that would be a large township.
Also in Islamabad highway which is going to be signal free all the way to the capital, there is a nice small society called " Fizaia" where most of the air force High rank retirees are living but you need to see the access, you may not like…
Gulberg Green, not Gulberg Residentia, nice place but then all Gulberg traffic will be bore upon en route Islamabad Highway.

Three options for your requirement:

The high end option is Eighteen Islamabad along Srinagar highway very close to new airport. They offer 2, 4 and 8 kanal off-plan houses. But the price tag is very high, and so is living standard. It offers a true international living and a perfect vacation house where your family can live safely like in Askari and your property is secure even if un-attended. (I can connect you to right person for a good bargain, send me PM.)

Gulberg Green has 2, 4 and 5 kanal plots. Along Islamabad highway and very close to Islamabad center. It’s a bit pricey though.

A relatively low-cost, bit far away, but secure and close community option is MPCHS Orchards and Residentia along M1 motorway at Jang Bahtar interchange. They have 5, 7 and 10 kanal plots. Once Margalla Avanue is completed, its distance to Islamabad will cut down substantially and prices will take a leap.
You can check prices on zameen.com and location on google maps to make up your mind.
