So if someone wants to invest around 25-35lac down with the options of paying rest in installments, which scheme is the best value (and safe) scheme in and around karachi?
I am thinking bahria town but i believe booking is closed for most of their projects. Any other baharia like projects? Be it plot, house or apartment.
I am looking to invest some money with the dual intent of investment or perhaps later down the road (in 8-10 years) to call that home.

With 25 to 35 lacs upfront investment, you can still try your luck in BTK... It does have options... I would suggest to go for smaller plot in the initial precincts with development is going on ground.

Is BTK launching any other lot soon? All of the precincts are sold out and perhaps I have to look to open market for the purchase?
Also, will increasing upfront amount to 50 lacs give me some wiggle room?
