Best Society In Lahore To Buy A 10 Marla House?

I am willing to purchase a 10 Marla house in Lahore and I am looking for best possible option.

Air Avenue DHA Phase 8 (near to my first office) and EME DHA Sector (near to my second office) are my preferences but I can consider other good options as well.

I am looking for a balance of good price and luxury. Need suggestions.

What are prices of double storry house in EME and Air Avenue dha phase 8?

What I have explored so far its in the range of 100 lacs to 150 lacs. I guess prices in EME is bit higher than air avenue but I am not sure may be some one who knows better about these 2 societies can provide accurate ranges.

Also consider Zaamin Fazaya on Raiwind Road.

Do check Zaamin Fazia and Izhar Dream homes if you want to buy from installment point of view…

If you dont want to compromise to live in ready made house better buy plot and get designed and construction as per your own requirements.



Withing 6 months your own dream house can be finished.

You can also find the house in the same budget range in Cavalry Ground Lahore.

Askari-10 is very good option

What are the prospectus of DHA 8 investment and its completion especially in block W.

Good option.

Sir go for EME. It is near to your office and quite approachable too. Secondly, its near to the motorway interchange.

So, EME in my view should be your choice.

I do not think 10-Marla Plots are available in DHA Phase 8 W-Block. Secondly; thread started for 10-Marla House rather 10-Marla Plot. DHA Phase-8 needs at least 3-years for possession.

Have you visit Zaamin Fazaya on Raiwind Road. Is that place is liveable? How may families have started living there.

I think this project is started by zameen and fazaya as a joint venture?

Offcourse DHA has no comparison, it is out class living from any point of view

Fazaia is a large scheme started by Pakistan Airforce Hosuing Managment...Zaamin developers took one block of Fazia and started constructing homes and selling them on installments. (Details can be taken from their website)... I.e. Http://www.zaamin.com/fazaia.php

I dont think so they have given any possession so far. But may be by the end of this year they will be start giving possessions to the completed units...Getting populated by say 15 to 20% will take a gradual time... You need to visit the site...meet their managment and check the situation yourself... The scheme has potential by the way in terms of investment and living standard.
