Best sector in bahria phase 8 for investment

If one needs to invest in bahria phase 8, which sector or block is most recommended with high returns expected?

And what are the price ranges?

Yaar app poetry karo ior wo be BE or Phase8 par.

Please don't expect high return in short term.There is no doubt phase8 will rise but gradually.

M,G,E-1,F-2,F-3,L are the option for investment.

It's very good block close to new head office but for investment point of view always go to cheap side means under develop or newly develop blocks.

N block is good and P is more filling area but location wise good.
