In Islamabad you can only get a 10 marla plot on installments in Bahria enclave or multi professionals as all other societies sold there plots I am talking about famous and well reputed societies only for Lahore I can’t give you any info (sorry).
First of all the 10 marla plot you are interested will not be an ongound plot and probably will be promised handover after 3-4 years. In lahore you can check with Lake city & Bahria for installment. There are some options in DHA as well, however, initial amount will be 20 lacs +.
To be specific you must state how much initial amount you can pay and monthly installment you can afford.
