I want to buy a house of 10 marla for residential purpose (not for investment), i've around 11 to 12 million. Can you people please suggest some good location under my budget which is also not so far from rawalpindi/islamabad city

WAS. You will find double storey house in Bahria Town Phase 7 in Safari Villas. In Airport Housing Society side or Sawan Garden side, you will find 5-6 Marla double storey house. Apart from these other areas are not good enough as there are security concerns there. Thanks.
Thanks Sundas, Bahria Phase 7 is expensive whereas phase 8 has too much distance from city. I've heard about Airport Housing Society is not good place to live or invest :-/

In 12 million,you should opt for a plot and construct it by your self…

Also check cbr phase 1…it falls in ur budget
Sir for constructed house,in this budget you can go for pwd,npf…In dha you can go for 10 marla in 8 million and spend rest on construction.
Air port housing socirty is best place to live with no issue , I am resident of sector 1
Go for 7 marla double portion house in abu bakar block phase 8… Pwd se phase 8 tou wese bhi hardly 12 km hai
