In my opinion 7Marla Bahria phase8 safari valley one of best option and other hand 5Marla Dha phase2.Allah is the best planner and he knows what will be the best for us.

Thanks. Actually both DHA and Bahria phase 8 are two far away.
G-15 seems to be more suitable.
I've also heard about PWD, Police Foundation, Media Town, Ghori Town, Gulberg? Are these not good locations for living? or there's no chance for raise in prices in future.
7-10 marla double story house in PWD/ pakistan town,NPF are good options to consider with every facility , 4th best commercial area of RWp/ISB.Some water supply and gas issues in summer but not too much.
Gulberge still in development phase and no constructed house available their but best for self construction and living in 1-2 year or so.
G-15 good option (7-10mala house double story) in this budget with good community and best location in all aspects.
Ghouri town cheaper but not upto that standard and community is mix-up.
Bahria DHA are very far from Islamabd , Rawalpindi
check airport housing society sector 1 and 2,, best place to live all with all facilities available

I personally liked PWD due to its commercial area as all other societies or sectors even G-15 doesn't have any such commercial area.
Which one you suggest PWD, Police Foudation or G-15 ? please also according to future prospects mean which one give good return in future if I've a plan to sale house !

G-15 is a CDA recognised sector of Islamabad with excellent location touching Motorway link road, GT Road and direct access to Pindi, Islamabad and new Islamabad Airport. No match for this location. According to many people this is the real 0-Point.
The best part is prices of G-15/F-15 have a direct correlation with G-13/14 - where the graph is spiking like crazy!
Development standard as exactly the same as CDA sectors. Underground electric cabling, 40, 50 and 60 ft streets and same type of management standards. No coincidence because G-15 is closest to CDA sectors as compared to any other society of Islamabad.
As for commercial centre, you have to see the style of new F-15 Markaz. The roads there are fully developed and once the plazas come in it will be a very good place for business.
G-15 is not a CDA sector ,its a private housing society
G 15 is definitely a CDA Sector and part of Zone 2 Islamabad. It has been developed by a Private society , that’s why the development was so fast and better than CDA developed sectors…
Only drawback of G-15 roads are too small only 40ft even for bigger plots like kanal. But it gives a feeling of openness when you visit the place if compared against proper CDA sectors which are very congested esp. G-14/4. Best thing about g-15 is water bore even during summer there is no shortage of water unlike in other G series.
If you are interested F-17 MPCHS is a good option for you.
Visit any area than decide.

Yup but unlikely for plots of 1 kanal or above. Should be atleast 50ft
