I have budget of 7/8 million, and want to buy a house for rent purpose. Can you advise the best place in isb/rwp with best rent to value ration.

In that budget one of the best options can be a Apartment, furnish that and rent to be around 50k/month.

Never buy flat / Apartment in Pindi Islamabad . Apartment trend is popular in Karachi due to shortage of land and high cost.where as in isb /pindi land is cheaper and people prefer living in houses . For rental income invest in commercial such as shops or construct a 5/7 marla house in good societies such as CDA Bahria , CDA sectors etc.
Yes mr siddiqi its true pindi islbd trend is very expensive and strange a small shop price1.25 crore rent is 40k per month.

@ Tariq, Imtiaz sahib suggestion is good, you can buy flat in Bahria Heights or Bahria Civic Center and can get 50K rent. You can search on Zameen.com and visit the different flats available in Bahria Town Phase 1-4.
Apartment option is a good way to go in this budget.
A furnished apartment can give you around 40K Rent in Bahria Town Phase 1- 6, Gulberg Greens, G-11 (PHA) apartment, F-11 and E-11.
