Best place to live (rent) in Bahria town/DHA Rawalpindi/Islamabad

Asalamoalaikom,

I have come from abroad for the first time and been living in BT Phase 8 temporarily for a month and I’m looking to rent a house in Bahria town/DHA (minimum 10 Marla) what Phase is the best to live for families. Has to be safe (Had two theft incidents from our front garden in the last month) as well as no problems with water/electricity. I’ve been told that BT phase 1-6 has water issues.

You shall be opting for the DHA 2.
Bahria phase 1-6 is good but yes water shortage is frequent there.
As per my 2 cents there is no other society which could possibly be placed on par with DHA2, except Eighteen Islamab6 but still in the making…plus gigantically expensive.
