Alhamdulillah! At last i'm near to arranging an amount of around 3.3 million to purchase a plot and construct my home in coming 2 to 3 years maximum. I've narrowed down my research to dha2 (n block) 10 marla plot or gulberg (a,b,c sectors) plot. Your valuable comments/feedback is requested on which of the above two will be best livable place in coming 3 years. Please note that dha2 has better standard but gulberg a to c blocks had good location in my view.
Please also provide your feedback about situation of dha 2 (extention a, b & c blocks) in terms of livable in next 3 years.
Please guide and you can also suggest any other better options but only in zone 5.

DHA 2 is good. Islamabad Expressway is being expanded to 10 lanes and being made signal free. But I’m not sure if you can get a 10 marla in 3.3 million, it will be a bit higher but other members can advise better if they know the actual market prices.
It will be one time investment and you will find hign return on it in shape of happiness and peace. Construction plays an important role that`s why I would like to recommend you that make a beautiful map for construction and use best material in your house. I think @saadi bhai mentioned the range of 10 marla from 31 a couple of day ago in some other post. Is some reasonable 10 marla plot possible around 3.3 million? Experts please shed some light?

Dha phase2 N or P block is good and other hand bahria phase8,
don't go to any type of extention even in Dha or Bahria.
