Which is the best society near new international airport for investment purpose. I have cash of around 10 lac and can pay quarterly installment of around 2 lac.
Brother keep your cash in hand. Soon zarkon heights is about to start their C and D towers. Builder is very reliable and project is located on the best location. Towers A and B are about to complete.
I don't see any option in this range for you near new airport with 10 lacs upfront money and remaining installments.

what about University town in view of long term investment near airport in 10 lacs? I heard it will go up in view of new airport , near to highway and upcoming Elite estate by Saif group.

Rizwan sb, UT is good if you want to keep it for 10 years or more.... Not recommended for short to medium term....

In my limited observation , UT 5 marla have gone up from 5 - 13- 15 lacs since october 2016. Seeminlgy sole reason for this hike was new airport opening somewhere in Aug/sep 2017 and annoucement of metro by PM. So what I had been told that it is medium term 2-3 years investment.
