I am sorry to say your budget is not enough no buy 10 marla plot in Islamabad. You may get 7 marla plot file in Jinnah Garden phase-2 or 5 marla plot in in CDA sectors I-15 or 1-16 or Multi ROS Residencia (near taxila).
I hope in 7-10 years of period you will get good return of your investment
You can try your luck in PECHS, Gulshan-e-Sihat, AWT, Wapda Town, Gulberg Non-developed blocks.....

I dont want to touch CDA as my dad invested with them many years ago and lost his plot. CDA is a scam.
Do other societies have good infrastructure and no load shedding etc like bahria town and Defence?
