I want to invest 25-30 lac in plot in/around Lahore. I’ve checked there are several schemes around Lahore. Most of them are looking good but can’t decide on best.
As of now, want to get started in property and this will be investment which i will be selling in future.

In your budget, you can consider investing in NFC-II 5 marla on-ground plot. You can get better location if you increase your budget 2-3 lac. DHA phase 13 5 marla file is another recommendation but you need to increase your budget 7-8 lacs.

Check out Al-Kabir town on rai wind road about 1.5 km off adda plot. Another good option is bahria orchard (5km from adda plot). Both have good prospects for quick price hike.
Here all suggestions are about buying property in housing societies, considering the budget you have it is not easy to get a plot with promising return in housing societies.
If you want a plot for construction then it is good idea to buy in a society as they offer decent living environment.
But if you buying property for investment purpose then my experience is that investing out of housing societies is more beneficial, price increase is much faster in such areas, you are not dependent on overall society’s reputation that once it loses confidence of buyers whole market collapses.

Keeping in mind your budget, you can invest in Kings Town Overseas Block. It is a good housing society developed by Al-Kabir Developers. Other than these, you can invest in is Rehan Garden Phase II or Zaitoon Lifestyle. Both these projects offer good returns on investments.
