I-14 location is very handy and lot of construction activity is happening all over in that belt.
Positives about I-14 sector:
It's a CDA tagged property and will see gradual guaranteed appreciation. CDA have already keep aside a good budget for sanitation this week.
CDA had made a payment to SNGPL for provision of gas in remaining areas where it is not yet provided.
Better access to Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Kashmir highway access is also underway from I-16 as well.
Negatives:
Poor Infrastructure at the moment but will improve with time.
Regarding G-15, its management is not working with full enthusiastic manner. Till the time the sector is fully acquired by CDA you will be dependent upon the management.
It already achieved its peak prices and will not appreciate significantly.
Access is very good, development is far better than I-14 at the moment
Conclusion:
If you are a person who want to live near to main CBD then I-14 and G-15 are good choices.
If you prefer good living standards and afford to pay monthly charges for utilities then Bahria Town would be the option. I recommend you to go for Bahria Enclave rather than Phase 1 to 8.
Bahria Enclave is better in terms of location and beauty. It will also have a good room for appreciation in future.
In any pricate society, only opt for on ground physical existence plot. Do not go for any under development plot.
B-17 is good but it's more suitable for wah and taxila people or the people with roots in KPK province.
Also, only 3 blocks of B-17 lies in Islamabad. Other lies in RDA.
I recommend you keep aside from B-17 if you are Islamabad or Pindi freak.
