in CDA under this budget if 1/14 is developing but prices are above 6 million.
in 1/16 it is developing too with good pace and we can find something suiting your budget.

5 days ago i commented on your post F block 5 marla park view was selling arroud 52 to 54 lacs.
and today you can get a quote on call its above 60.
Reason its going up beacuse possession is arround the corner and investors are investing in it to buy and liquidate in months and seek next oppertunity.
