- Faisal Hills A Block 30x60 with good location
- FMC 30x60 or B-17 F Block 25x50
- Faisal Town B Block 30x60 or C Block 25x50
- Bahria Enclave 30x60
Not an expert in DHA or Bahria so other respected member can guide you better. But only and only go for possession plots.

No idea about the latest sectors and details about blocks, I visited BE some 4-5 months ago and that time, G, H, I, J and N were cheap and was looking better.
I can’t tell any dealer with guarantee and authenticity, You can’t trust any dealer blindly and you have to do your basic homework by yourself. I touch several dealers and check the best offer. What are you looking in I-10 right now, may be I could help you.

I think I-10/1 is not that good for investment go for I-10/2 or 4 but 5 marla price will be around 2 crore. I did last few deals through a dealer called Atif, you can ask him for the options, but again keep your eye and ears open and do your proper paper work. Number is: 0335-5135558
