Budget can be as much as 12 million, time wise i need your opinion. There are lots of my friends who have money but dont know how and where to invest? The biggest concer is to find an agent / dealer who really wants to grow his business honestly. Many overseas people hesitate because the state agents charge comission and also more money from buyer and seller by not directing the parites . So if you can mention any property dealer who can be trustworthy. Thanks

Dear brother shams Islamabad is divided in 5 zones in which zone 1 is old cda area. Now a days for investment zone 2 and zone 5 r the good options. Try to invest in different sectors not in a single sector this will divide ur risk also try to visit those sectors. In zone 2 f 16 , e 16, e 17 , b 17 are good options for investment purpose, in zone 5 dha and bahria both options are good can introduce u with some good people for dealing purpose

One more which i feel best and very profitable investment is islamabad orchard farm houses by muti. You can purchase a best located plot of 10 kanal in this budget and i am sure your invest ll b double in 2 years because procession is due on july 2014 and development is going very fast
