Best Investment In Zone 5

I belong to class of people who can dream for a house only once in the whole life span. Currently, I have an amount of around 3.5 million in had while my maximum investment can be increased upto 6.5 million in coming 3 years. (3.5 million now and 3 million in next three years). I want a plot to build my own home latest by 2016-2017 in above range only in Zone 5 and may be in Zone 4 of Islamabad (please no suggestions on Zone 2). I would appreciate if the experts here can guide me in this regard.

I have something in mind which is:

1. One 10 Marla plot in DHA Phase 2 (N & P blocks) and a file of Kuri Model Village.

2. One file of Bahria Enclave II, one of Kuri Model Village and a 5 Marla plot in DHA.

There may be other options i.e. Gulberg, J & K Zone 5, DHA Phase 2 Extension etc.

Please guide.

first Dha phase2 P block second is N block,

DHA PHASE2 is best then other options in zone5.

Do consider naval anchorage as well.

The feel I got on my first ever visit to Naval Anchorage about three months ago was that it was a suitable place to have a country house there, but not suitable for regular living. Perhaps the secluded 3 KM or so road from GT road to NA might be one of the reasons that made me feel like this. Ever since, I did not visit the place again.

Divesify 7 marla in gulberg,7 marla in jkchs and 5 marla in dha valley but stay away from enclav 2 go for enclave 1 where you can buy one 5 marla but location is unknown even after 3 year a bit risky,or go to dha proper but your price range is low.

Thanks for comments. I would love to invest in DHA Phase II P or N block but prices there are bit high and after investing in plot (minimum 10 Marla) I would not be able to construct the house. Therefore I was interested in plots in two or three locations so that I'll be able to build house (by selling other plot/s)for personal living in 2 to 3 years.

Saadi Bhai, Can you please tell me the minimum price of 10 marla in DHA Phase II N or P block.. Minimum price of all available options with you.

Gulberg, JKCHS are good options as prices may increase in 3 years.

Naval is already sky high so not considerable.

Expert opinion are invited on Kuri Model Village as CDA will have to develop it if they want to develop Park Enclave. It's prices are low currently which makes it a suitable investment for 3 years.
