Weather Shield is much better.
If the plaster is bad, you can think about graphy too. Rock wall is also an option.
But if plaster is good, weather shield is better.

If you read carefully the answer you can get what you want.
ICI the company who make Weather Shield whereas Graphy is just a mud paste with come chemical which can produce any1....
Difference Weather Shield as its name can protect from different weathers and can last more than any other material.
Graphy is cheep and can not long lasting.
