Not sure about ISB but in RWP Satellite Town, in particular 6th Road and Saidpur Road are quite the hot spots for clinics/labs, pharmacies and other medical related infrastructure.
In ISB G-8 Markaz is becoming a medical hub. just like saidpur road, on 6th road there are few adverstiments of some new buildings , those buildings are being built specially for doctors and medical setups.
True G-8/9 are fast following the Saidpur model of being medicinal hub.
Pricing in G-8 is higher and I believe customer foot fall on Saidpur Road, on average is better, as of now than G-8/9.
For commercial success, one of the biggest factor is customer foot fall on or around it
