I want to buy one Kanal plot in Bahria Town Islamabad, which of these two location (Garden City or Bahria Residencia) or any other location would be better? I do not want to build the house right now and can wait from one to two years.

Garden City is a much better option.
Sohaib sb…Sir both of them are not liveable right now…But garden city is far better option…If you want to buy a one in garden city,i can buy you a good deal.
