Best block in bahria town phase 8 for investment for (5-6 years)

I am looking to buy plot for investment only and my time frame is 5-6 years. Can you please guide me which block is the best to buy 10 ?Marla plot for investment in bt phase 8?

I would suggest H and I block . Possesion in some parts have been given and bahria new head office would be shifted in that vicinity in coming few years . Prices are at its bottom

For investment point of view in Bahria phase8 F2,I,H and M blocks are best.

For living purpose Safari valley,C,D,E and F1 are best.

Price range 10 marla 2.6 to 3.8 million depend on location.

F-2 between 2.6 to 3.5

F-3 2 to 2.5

G- 2.7 to 3.5

H- 3.2 to 3.9

I- 3.2 to 3.8
