In Behria phase 8 extension what does abbreviation IET and IDN stands for? What is the difference between both?Which one is better and why?
initially it was phase 9. all files were sold with registration series IDN. 10 marla was costing 8 lacs initially.
after they decided to start bahria town karachi, they stopped planning a new phase and concluded it as an extension to phase 8. The already purchased land was not sold competely so they floated new files with new registration number IET in wich 10 marla files were costing 13 lacs and 5 marla plots were costing 8 lacs.
There is no such difference as both files will turn into plots even there are adjacent plots of different registration series. Only dealers created the difference to earn more in trade on new IET files.
