Hello there. I need advice whether to buy 5m in dha 11 phase ii or 10m in beaconhouse society. I have roamed around that area and alot of infrastructure is being developmed around defence road and adda plot area. My budget for land only is 3-3.5m and i dont plan to move to proposed location within next 2-3 years. Would really appreciate your expert opinions. Thanks
