I am looking to invest 5mil for a 5,7,8 Marla plot in BE1 or Gulberg Residencia.
Which is better, BE1 sector P or Gulberg Residencia block P? The approach to BE1 is quite lengthy and CDA road is not good. BE1 does have more residents. Approach to Gulberg is easy and clean.
Both societies have same prices for same size plots in sector / block P. Both societies have similar development status in their P blocks and sectors. BE1 is Zone 4 and Gulberg is Zone 5.
