So, gwadar development authority has lifted the ban it had placed 4 years ago on the new noc & construction in gwadar.
This means that all the construction and development that had been stopped after the authorities started working on the master plan will now resume.
This had significantly impacted the gwadar market in the time. Particularly considering that the hype for gwadar was very high at the time.
Right now, pakistan's real estate market is very slow but i am expecting it recover somewhat by the year's end. What about gwadar specifically? How do you guys see the market developing over the year? How is the gwadar market going to be by the end of 2020?
Even the ban is lifted and master plan was launched some 1 year ago but till now there is no real activity yet. Specially in the private housing schemes the development work is almost dead slow or nil.
The main reasons look like the water and power shortage.
Goverment priority is to make free zone projects operative.
Gwadar property investment is in fact long term, at least 5-10 years even more in case of private housing schemes located far from old gwadar.
