I have purchased a 240 sq-yards lower portion in karachi and already given 50% payment to the seller.
Now i have heard about the shc ban on lease/property transfer through out sindh.
Can anyone kindly update me when it is expected the ban will be lifted and should i wait for the payment of remaining 50% amount till the ban is lifted?
