What does it mean to be "REAL PROPERTY GURU" ?

I mean to say the real guru does have enough spare time to have online discussions ??

We all here have some investments somewhere in running real estate projects, some wants to make a move in real estate . Does the count of posts indicate any contributor to be a "GURU" and if any contributor is having the tag of GURU does make any difference ?

It should be the content based on quality and sincere advise. By the way who gonna judge this ??
