Bahria is having lot of issues so as i have invested in precinct 27 villa so would like to know that when they plan to give possession and are they still doing transactions in the said properties.
Does anyone have any knowledge about it as i am in canada and would like to take possession and rent out this property.

Hi Usmani what sort of issues you are facing in Bahria Rawalpindi. Yes Bahria doesn't have solid land. You have to spend hefty amount on base. Otherthan that its fine.
