If bahria than rafi / abu bakar / umer / usman / ali block ?
Bahria is good place for living but having only access issue and away from main city as compare to these new locations. Zone ii is future living place because of new airport and motorway. Please advise. Everybody thanks in advance.

As you know I was looking for some plot to build home in next couple of years time. I have visited Islamabad over the weekend and spent 2 golden days (Saturday and Sunday) at I-14. I want to share that I am unable to get 5 marla level plot in any block after increasing my range from 3 to 3.5 million. Moreover there is nothing in I-14 e.g. Pathetic road infra structure, no proper sewarage, no electricity line only poles, no gas and no shopping to buy groceries. This shows how price is increasing in CDA sector I-14. What is better option in above budget in this area? Only plot with possession is required.
Bro go for B-17, I agree BT might be great for living but you have said it already that Zone 2 is the future, Islamabad is expanding towards Zone 2 very very fast

@ Khan Zaman sb, I think we had debated on this topic a lot....
For living purposes, BT Rwp is far ahead of all listed projects.... The only issue is its location, which is far from Islamabad if you have to travel regularly to Isld for job or any other reason.....
B-17 is at number 2 after BT in terms of developing standard and living environment...
T&T is not a bad option, but it can't be compared with Multi F-17... However, Multi F-17 30x60 size is out of your range.... On the other hand you can explore Faisal Town, which is getting in good shape at very good pace...
You can also consider 30,50 size plot in Ravi Block of Mumtaz City, which are getting ready for possession by the end of this year In Sha Allah... With opening of interchange to KH, I see increased activity of house construction in MC... Currently about 7 to 8 houses are under construction in MC.
