Dear experts,
I am living and working in middle east and plan to relocate to islamabad pakistan along with my family by september 2017;
My budget is between rs.9 - 10 million to buy a ready house of 7-10 marla in a safe and secure gated community with international school near by where my kids can continue o/a levels ; i like to seeks some information from experts on this forum;
1. Is bahria town a safe place, in terms of investment ? I was told that even if i buy a home, it remain under ownership of bahria management, and the buyer is only allocated the land, but in actual it remain property of bahria)
2. Which phase and sector is best to have 7-10 marla ready house with all necessities near by and very close to islamabad express way, as some of my relatives lives in ghori town islamabad
3. What are the good international schools advised by you, my kids in grade 6 and 4 and have been studying in american and british schools and do not speak any of local language of pakistan including urdu, so if you can name some good schools , it will be helpful.
