Bahria Town RWP or Bahria Enclave

Asalamualaikum WW.

I am thinking to buy a 10 marla residential plot for building and living for my self , ( will build between 5 to 10 years ) . I have around 65 Lakh budget and want to target either Bahria Town RWP or Bahria Enclave. Can you please advise me
firstly which one should I go for Bahria RWP or Bahria Enclave
Secondly if Bahria RWP then which sectors to target
Thirdly if Bahria Enclave then which sectors to target.

BE is much much better than BT, but 10 marla prices will be minimum 90lac. In 65 lac you will get some odd location, level and filling plot. so better go for a 30x60 in G, H, I, J, N, block. you might have to extend your budget a bit.
