Its talk of the day among bahria town investors & dealers that bahria town is going to omitt the phase 8 extension & going to launch two sectors namely q & r in that area. What will be the future of phase 8 extension files. & how much land bahria town have there to complete the two new blocks.
I wonder, technically, what difference would that make?
Changing name from Ext. To Q & R (just may be avoid the Bad Name of Ext. For almost a decade, now for some new PR, some new dirty deals to be launched with the name of Q, R and not Ext.?)

Long ago, it was BT phase 9. Could not succeed and had legal problems then they named same as BT phase 8 extension and now if same is being named as P & Q of BT phase 8.

P already exists in extension and Pricent 1 & Princent 6 will change to sector Q. So location will be changed.
Princent 1 & 6 has appreciated since last month and 1 Kanal has jumped up more than 8 lacs purely on RRR.
Sad news is that now phase-8 is concentrating most on RRR closest blocks and slowing the Orchard....Malik Riaz usual tactics!
I will post more after my corona recovery...I am just off from Oxygen machine today and got home package to treat corona.

Availing the opportunity, I would just add for all, that please take coroner symptoms very serious. Corona kills if neglected.
My doctor daughter made me home bound and got home package healthcare and we bought Oxygen machine and Oxy meter.
My O2 reading got down to 84, fever, headache, dhearea, taste gone and cough.
Went in unconcienness for little time but luckily para medical home staff and my daughter brought me back to life. Alhamdolillah.
Upon testing it was found that Corona already damaged small sections of my lungs!
3 drips of covid 19, two drips of steroids mixed with a lot of other medicines, daily, put me in recovery position..Suma Alhamdolillah.
I got it from Mega complex center in saddar Pindi in spite of the fact that I was wearing masks but unfortunately no gloves!
I gave corona to my whole family amid my isolation so if you have, whatever you do, family cannot avoid but Alhamdolillah all family has recovered now except me as I delayed my test and healthcare.
Extrelemy luckey living in the DHA-2 as all testing centres including Shaoukat Khanim exists in DHA-2.
Even DHA-2 local dispensary can take all relevant tests..I gave samples sitting inside my car.
Oxygen machine cost me new 68,000 Rs and healthcare package cost me Rs 5,000 per day and of course medicines.
The challenge was covid 19 specified medicine which my brother found at Murree road pharmacy but cost me like fortune.
Alhamdolillah, pesa to hath Ka mel hay..
