I am considering purchasing a 5 marla plot in bahria town rawalpindi phase 8 sector m. I am considering this purchase for long term investment (~5 years). Do you think this sector will develop and progress in this time and will i be able to recuperate good returns in this time period? This is the sector for the theme park. Do you think in 5 years the construction of the theme park will be completed?
