I have bought a plot in bahria town and as i am not in pakistan i gave authority letter to my father-in-law when i was in pakistan a month ago so they get the plot transfer receipt from bahria in absence of me but bahria official said that allotment letter can only be given to owner of this plot, as i have no plan to come back in near future, can you please advice if there is any way that my father-in-law can get the allotment letter on behalf of me.
