I want to buy a plot in Bahria Town Phase-8 Sector L. I got the rate around 10 million for 10 marlas. I have some concerns. Can someone please shed a light on it?
1- It is 10 to 12 KM away from the GT road. Does it matter? ( I want to sale it in future)
2- Bahria town has very high construction and maintenance monthly costs. Does it impact potential buyers?
3- if anyone living in Bahria town phase 8 can share their living experience in Bahria Phase 8
My purpose is to construct a house on it and then either rent it out or sale it. Your suggestion, recommendation, and ideas will be highly appreciated. 10 million is a significant amount and I am a bit scary.
