F1 is one of the best block in phase 8 . Beautiful and height location. Currently population is less but after 3 years it will become very best place to live .
One can expect good return due to price high in its surrounding including DHA
@ Akram sir..Sorry for late reply as i was busy somewhere. Sir F1 is good but i personally consider overseas plots as much valuable and centrally located as compared to F1 and its near to express way and land is solid so it is also good for living..
For three years horizon you can also go for a P block 10 marla plots in dha 2..
Plots in Bharia Phase 8 are possession plots?
Dear Akram,
For living F1 is best block of phase8 but not good for short term investment.If you can increase your budget up to 5 to 5.8 Million then go to Dha phase2 P block 10 marla.
