I m overseas pakistani and planning to purchase 7 marla plot on safari valley phase bahria phase 8 my budget is around 3.5 to 4 million max and i'll be constructing my house after 3 - 4 years kindly advise which block is best as i am confused between abu bakar , usman, umer and rafi blocks ..Please advise which one is better for living in the future i am purely purchasing for living purpose only and not for investment point of view.
