A bigger goal here could be is that what can be done in this age of media and awareness to help develop a system where societies and individuals of all strengths and positions are accountable to the system-at-large, where rules are rules and no one is above them, where government policies could bring about slow changes but nobody gets the power to play with the system as it suits him/her. Can we do something to get that, any practical thoughts?
Can we get the political parties announce a policy regarding real estate before elections and we then hold them to that after elections, can someone here get this to PTI at least and they start this process by announcing a comprehensive policy ....
Tons of systems and policies are existing in Pakistan in other fields but question is whether or not they are being acted upon?
It needs a leader with vision to think of these things but all we have been left with: " londay and lipate". Bilawal, moonis , Hamza....They are our future decision makers? What could be expected from them?. No one is on the horizon, no hope, nothing.

I am about to make a decision about buying a 10 Marla plot in BT phase-8. I selected two places: sector F1 and sector I.
Please advise which one or any other alternate location in BT phase-8 under the budget of 35.

Thanks for your expert advice. Sector I and H seems good choice as you advised. Sector F2/F3 are likely candidates for the map change. I think same would be true for sector E2/E3.......
I was not in picture of sector F1....came up a lot....good plot reaching @ 38 and even more...

Nothing latest about phase-9 but it would not be wise putting money in phase-9 and even same is true with phase-8 extension. BT is in trouble here and until unless DHA proves the amount of help to MR, the file bzness is a clear danger there. MR is now having fun in sindh. One of my friends went to Nawab Shah ( I think I am right in naming the location) and bought/ sold 300 forms...as per him the BT new project announcement turned out as gold for him..huge success. We need to wait untill MR completes his honeymoon with sindh and DHA manages his safe return to the twin cities.
