B.R.Malik saab.....I am also out of touch from ground realities since DEC 2013 ,any how my observations in memories i can recall may be wrong/ may be right..........PHASE 8 E block 650-900 series looks on height location ...plus F1 .but their prices are a bit high even in this slow market 42-50 depends on location .....IF a deal in less than or bet 38-40 is secured in an area with good location...then its possible ,it will deliver in rising market .bcz E and F blocks good location areas touched 55-65 in end 2013.
THE blocks surrounding the business district(BLOCKS ..A,B,C,D) have fluctuations in prices ,of very high amounts from 32-60 .....in my view what i observed ,was that all areas are not plan or height placed, its up down , and this can lead us to suspect many filling areas ,which can/may be a cause of such high price difference, ANY HOW if a good deal at lowest price of bet 40-45 in d(very difficult) is achieved ,it should not give us a headache in future and be a bonus for some profit ,provided market move up .
The lack view block is a beauty for living purpose , but its very expensive even in this bottom down market.
Garden city ,i won't prefer for investment at present bcz many ppl purchased it very expensive and won't like to sell at low or very low,ANY HOW until a nice track to G.T road is not laid down, its a pretty risky intermediate term investment bcz now 10 Marla@45-50 especially the zone 9 touching in phase 8 proper ,with no population yet is quite down the steps than phase 8 proper bustling population and construction charm.
