Very nice. I hope the impact on the value of GardenCity is positive.

I called a property dealer and he told me that the GardenCity price has already gone up. Other please check it and let us all know if he is saying right.

Per him it will rise further when the possession will be awarded.

I agree with him and I think the price will further increase if any news regarding access to GTroad surfaces.GT Road access is a big catalyst here.

I pray to ALLAh that an access is made to GTROAd directly from GardenCity.Ameen.

Yes the Bahria prices will stabilize IA but the investment opportunity lies in GardenCity itself.

My guess is till after eid the prices will take a major jump, IA

In initial planning, “Aghosh” was the most part of DHA-3 but there were problems with “Aghosh” and DHA almost abandoned the idea of getting Aghosh. If DHA-3 re-addresses the Aghosh thing, I think there will also be another access from GT road through Aghosh. May not be as good as GC direct access but far better than the Bahria expressway entry.

Today journalist Asad Kharral tweeted that Zone 5,6,7,8,9,10 of Bahria Phase-8 Garden City has merged with DHA & its agreement has been signed between two parties. So, whole Garden city has not gone to DHA.

No visible change in prices yet. But things are getting heated again on supreme court front where NAB is being asked to speed up an inquiry in a land issue against MR who has now announced to show a video to expose those who are blackmailing him.

MR tweeted on 2nd July that Bahria Town Rawalpindi has signed historical agreement with DHA Islamabad, now BT Phase-8 is merged with DHA Islamabad.

This is something unbelievable, earlier it was known as only half part of Garden City is merged with DHA3. This tweet revealed perhaps whole phase-8 is merged with DHA.

Can it be possible

Cant say anything about Phase-8 Extension coz i just quoted what MR mentioned in his tweet from his official twitter account.

I dont think Serene City was project in Phase-8 before, this name was given once agreement signed between Bahria Town and DHA. Its not officially announced which part of Bahria Town has been merged in DHA.

The announcement relates to serene city and a portion of garden city, not phase 8 as a whole. This matter is already known to big dealers in the area. The term Phase 8 was possibly used as a location marker which is a very common practice. Most dealers refer to places like safari Valley, intellectual village, garden city and even Bahria Greens as Phase 8, which off course is incorrect, but it is meant to give an idea of location.

Guys get real even if DHA take then what? U can get possession of your land and you can even take loan on your property , normally bahria does not give ownership .
