I would be grateful if someone knowledgeable could provide some guidance for me please.
I have 4 files /plots in bahria phase 8 sector c. The instalments for land and development charges were all paid. After paying these i was asked to pay extra charges for masjid, gas, elec, telephone. Which i did not pay. After non payment they added extra surcharges, and then blocked my files/plots.
I am an overseas pakistani and have been trying to get a response from bt since 2012, i am prepared to pay all outstanding dues so that my plots can be released.
Can anyone provide a course of action or advice ?
(technically i have paid for the land, just didn't pay for gas, elec, tel etc)
Is there anyone who can advise in getting these files unblocked?
