Is it safe to invest in bahria town phase 8,extension rawalpindi,its still underdeveloped area and price of property is bit lower then other phase,but the are asking for total money and plot will be given after 3 years,so im bit confused about it.If anyone has invested there kindly give me your feedback regarding to this.Thanks in advance
