For 2 to 2.5 year investment, is it good idea buying two 5 marla plots in m block ? Probably one boulevard plot and other in general category ? How much return roughly can be expected in two years time ? Thanks
There is no construction activity in that area. It's worth buying plot there but it will give you better return when it will be populated. I see 5 plus years there.
Zone 5 Garden City is worth exploring and give better returns.
Thanks Khalid sahib. Someone actually showed me around 5 marla boulevard plots in start of sector. There were some houses in the area. So i thought construction going on there.
Construction may have started but the return would be better when it is atleast 50$ populated.
You can apply the same logic in other sectors, where the population is greater than 50% the rates are better.
Sector M location is good anyway.

1- Sector L (5 marla / 10 marla Height location only)
2- Sector J (7 marla Category)
3- Sector E-1 (5/6 Marla)
4- Garden City Zone 5 (5 marla Developed ready for Construction)
