I want to buy 10 marla plot in bahria town phase block k.. Any idea is its good investment for 5-6 years?

I just heard Tariq Malik of Abdullah Associates who had fled the country with 200 million rupees of others, is back in town and quietly doing business again (meaning not advertising himself too much) ... Try to buy in possession block. Dont get stuck in for years. Very hard to sell and don't know when the possession will be.
Get a plot in I or H block. More profit
