I am going to finalize the deal for 7 marla plot with extra 3 marla land as per property agent i have to pay around 4 lakhs extra for extra land and can use this land for house construction , i am bit confused as 7 marla plot for 35 lakhs mean 5 lakhs per marla so in that way extra 3 marla should be 15 lakhs 2nd question can i include / use this extra 3 marla for house construction or this will be out side of the house ,seniors and gurus please advise.
@ Kiyani sb…Sir extra land payment are always at subsidized rates by bahria so you have to pay according to bahria schedule. Secondly if you do not want to construct this land then you can pay it in category C and if you want to construct it than you can pay it in category A…
