I m overseas pakistani planning to book 2 bed 1485sf flat in bahria town phase 3 rawalpindi project is grande by earthlink,since i have never been to bahria rawalpndi please help to make me understand if its worthy to invest for future living. My plan in sha allah to move back within 3 - 4 years.
I have to pay 25% on booking and rest on 15 month installment.
1. Is developer reliable ?
2.What will be the rental value ?
3. Is it right time to invest in bahria ?
4.Chances of project delay ?
